Firstdoor Realty LLP is an authorised marketing partner and a MahaRERA-registered real estate agent. We are not the developer or promoter of Raheja Vistas, Baner Annex. The project is developed by the Promoter, KRC Queens Private Limited, and is registered with MahaRERA under Registration No. Tower 1&2 PR1260002501597.
This is not the official website of the developer. Names, logos and project materials belong to their respective owners and are used only to promote the project.
03Not an offer or contract
Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of any kind. Any booking or purchase is governed only by the application form, allotment letter and agreement for sale executed between the buyer and the promoter, and by the information registered on the MahaRERA website.
