The website is operated by Firstdoor Realty LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered with MahaRERA as a real estate agent under Registration No. A52100038557 (GSTIN 27AAIFF6001G1ZQ), with its principal place of business at C-905, 9th Floor, Amar Business Zone, Baner Mahalunge Road, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045.

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Firstdoor Realty LLP. "You" means any person who visits this website or submits an enquiry through it. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Firstdoor Realty LLP is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected on this website.

Information you give us

• Your name and mobile number when you submit any enquiry form (price details, cost sheet, brochure, floor plans, site visit or call back).
• Optional preferences you choose to share, such as the home size you are considering and your preferred site-visit timing.
• Anything you tell us when you call or message us on WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

• Campaign details in the page link, such as UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content, and advertising click identifiers (for example gclid or fbclid).
• The page you landed on, the referring website, and the date and time of your enquiry.
• Technical data such as browser type, device type and IP address, collected by our hosting provider and analytics tools.
• Interaction events on the page, such as button clicks, form starts and scroll depth, used in aggregate to improve the website.

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, government ID numbers, bank or card details, or passwords through this website.

03How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and share the information you asked for, such as prices, the cost sheet, brochure or floor plans.
• To arrange and confirm site visits and call backs.
• To contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about Raheja Vistas, Baner Annex.
• To measure which advertising campaigns bring enquiries, so that we spend our marketing budget responsibly.
• To maintain records required of a real estate agent under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the Maharashtra rules made under it.

04Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only as follows:

• With the developer. Your enquiry details may be shared with the promoter of the project and its sales team so they can attend to your site visit, booking or purchase.
• With service providers who work on our behalf, such as website hosting, lead-management or CRM tools, spreadsheets, telephony, WhatsApp messaging and digital marketing agencies, under obligations to keep the data confidential and use it only for our instructions.
• With advertising and analytics platforms such as Google and Meta, which may receive event and conversion information to measure campaign performance.
• When required by law, or to respond to a lawful request from a court, regulator (including MahaRERA) or government authority, or to protect our legal rights.

05Cookies and tracking

The website uses cookies and similar technologies, including tags managed through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel. These help us understand how visitors use the site and which advertisements lead to enquiries. They may also be used to show you relevant advertisements on other platforms.

06How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for as long as it is needed to assist you with the project and for any period required by law, including the record-keeping obligations of a registered real estate agent. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.

07Security

We use reasonable security practices, including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission, access controls and limited access on a need-to-know basis, consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update your data.
• Ask us to erase your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Withdraw your consent to being contacted. Simply tell the advisor on the call, reply STOP on WhatsApp, or write to the contact below.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights in case of death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance with us, and if it is not resolved, approach the Data Protection Board of India.

09Children

This website is intended for adults evaluating a property purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted their details, contact us and we will delete them.
